Can't able connect with SSODB from biztalk admin console

There are lot of causes and solutions available in the internet. But I have the issue which is entirely different from others and fortunately I have solved the issue!!!!
root Cause:
I have did something in the biztalk admin console regarding Entereprise SSO configuration.

Problem:

I can't restart or start the application in the console.

Solation:

1.Reconfigure the SSO related thing from the stable documentation or try recall from your memeory if possible
2.Restore the stable config with the export config options
